Each of our web hosting plans carries a 30 day grace period for a full money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 day grace period of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding overages.

This policy does not apply to any additional services or overages (optional features) such as: Extra FTP, POP3 or Telnet accounts, Chat rooms, List servers, domain registration or transfer.

If you cancel 'after' the first 30 day grace period, we will refund you for any prepaid amount remaining on your contract.
